McGill Journal of Medicine - Call for Research PapersFebruary, 2008 The McGill Journal of Medicine (MJM) is a student-run biomedical journal serving as an international forum for the advancement of medical science for students, by students. The objective is to provide student authors with opportunities to voice their contributions to medicine in a scholarly, biannual publication. Towards this end, the intention is to publish original research and review articles relevant to the field of medicine. The authors will represent undergraduates in bachelor's degree programs and graduate students in master's, doctoral, or healthcare degree programs (medicine, dentistry, nursing, biology, physical and occupational therapy, etc.). The MJM is currently accepting submissions of original research for the upcoming 11.2 issue scheduled for release in summer 2008. The event is the first Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research Young Investigators Conference: Strategy for Science. It will be held on:
Thursday, January 4, 2007, from 10:00am to 4:00pm
Godolphin Ballroom at the Emirates Towers in Dubai
For registration, all attendees are required to submit a 1-page summary of their current research focus to amal.almoosawi@hmsdc.dhcc.ae, Tel: +971 4 362-2807 or 050- 7547333 no later than December 15th, 2006. They should include their full name, address, contact information and education history.
